Why I Started CareerFix
I created Careerfix to fill the gaps I saw in leadership development and executive transition. Too many programs promised the world but delivered little. Too many coaches encouraged without strategy. Too many models measured performance but ignored alignment.
After navigating my own career transitions including redundancy I rebuilt from the inside out. Careerfix reflects that journey: grounded, structured and focused on real, lasting change for leaders and organisations across Australia.
